Prior to brokering farms and homes, in California Bill owned and operated a retail nursery, a landscape maintenance business, farmed and marketed onion starts, farmed almonds while working for a large farm management company which oversaw and harvested almost 2,000 acres of almonds. 

After moving to Oregon, he farmed blueberries and managed a large berry farm (blueberries, caneberries, gooseberries, currants and kiwi) for an Oregon berry packer/shipper.

Bill's background also includes involvement in the poultry and dairy industries as well as an understanding of hazelnut and vineyard crops.

With the experience gained while farming multiple crops and extensive knowledge of soils and water rights, you can be assured that he will appropriately evaluate a property for the highest and best use.

In addition to the above experiences, Bill has also been involved in remodeling and reselling homes in Oregon as a contractor and investor. These many life experiences have proven to be essential for understanding market values for his farm and residential clients.

Before everything else, Bill is forever dedicated to his wife, their four children and their spouses, six grandchildren, and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
